Downtown Building Project Tex*Rep is currently in the process of restoring our building in downtown Texarkana, Texas. The building was donated to Tex*Rep several years ago by the Fred Norton family, and has been used as a storage facility for our props and costumes. The building is located at 213 Main Street next to the Perot Theatre. Tex*Rep is in the process of planning how the building will be used. Current ideas call for a lobby area with restroom facilities that would be made available to Perot Theatre patrons during Perot events, Tex*Rep office space, costume and small prop storage and a black box theatre
